Set the blend mode on the WordBoil generated file to Multiply.

Add the file on top of a Solid layer of a color of your choice.

Apply the Luma Keyer effect (found in the Masking section of the effects panel) to remove the background. Check Invert.

Set the blend mode to Stencil Alpha, then put both the Solid layer and the WordBoil layer into a Compound Clip.
